Rik Mehta Wins Key Middlesex County Republican Organizational Endorsements Ahead of the County Convention

Woodbridge, NJ – Rik Mehta, the frontrunner in the 6th Congressional District, has racked up another slate of key Republican endorsements in Middlesex County. This latest wave of support gives Mehta the majority GOP organizational support in Middlesex and firmly cements his projected win of the Middlesex County Republican Organization line at the convention to be held on March 19.

Most recently, Mehta won the endorsement of the powerful Sayreville GOP chair and committee. Sayreville GOP chair Karen Bebert-Bailey had this to say: “We have worked closely with Rik before and are looking forward to working with him again and unseating Frank Pallone.” Over the past few years, Mehta has attended many Sayreville events and has contributed to the Republicans’ successful win-back of 3 of its town council seats.

Additional key endorsements for Mehta include John Vrtaric Chairman of the Woodbridge Township Republican Organization; Coach Mike Loretti, Chairman of the Metuchen Republican Organization; Dr. Ramesh Pandey, Chairman of the Highland Park Republican Organization; Thomas Coghan, Chairman of the Carteret Republican Organization; Keith Hanh, the 2021 Republican Mayoral Candidate of Edison; Jerry Shine, Middlesex County Commissioner Candidate and Edison Committee member; and Art Rittenhouse, former Chairman and current Committee member of the Sayreville Republican Organization.
