SBDC Regional Director Vincent Vicari to Serve on Englewood Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors
Vincent Vicari, the Regional Director of the New Jersey Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Bergen County, has been selected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Englewood Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce.
The Board of the Englewood Chamber of Commerce, which includes Englewood Cliffs, voted on January 12nd to expand its service area to include communities once part of the former Gold Coast Regional Chamber including Fort Lee and the waterfront communities of Edgewater, North Bergen, West New York and Weehawken. A new name, Englewood Gold Coast Regional Chamber of Commerce (EGC), was created to recognize the expanded service area. The Chamber is directed by local business leaders, including Carol Rauscher, the EGC Chamber’s President & CEO. The mission of the EGC is to promote business growth. The EGC serves its members with personal and professional development opportunities. Additionally the EGC works to affect public policy decisions to benefit NJ’s business community and to actively develop and promote community events to enrich the quality of life in these communities.
The New Jersey Small Business Development Center in Bergen County, which is hosted at Ramapo College and primarily funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is led by Vincent Vicari. Vincent Vicari is a lifelong resident of Englewood, NJ. Expert staff at the SBDC provide little to no cost services to small businesses, help small business owners and entrepreneurs to develop business plans, find financing, conduct accounting and financial analysis, identify new markets, initiate marketing strategies, find procurement and international trade opportunities, learn green sustainability practices, commercialize technology and develop an E-commerce presence.
