Sean Spiller Launches New TV Ad, Takes on “Bully” Donald Trump

Montclair, NJ - Sean Spiller launched a new TV ad today which will begin airing around this evening’s gubernatorial debate. Entitled “Bully,” the spot highlights Spiller’s commitment to stand up to bullies like Donald Trump who are trying to tear apart New Jersey families. As a gubernatorial candidate and President of the New Jersey Education Association, Spiller has been a leading voice in the fight against the Trump administration's efforts to separate families, dismantle public education, and tear apart the fabric of our Democracy.

“We don’t need a Governor who is bought and paid for by the insiders and the corporate special interests,” said Spiller. “We need a Governor who is strong enough to stand up to bullies like Donald Trump, and who will never back down when New Jersey families are being threatened. That’s what I’ve done my whole life, and that’s exactly what I’ll do as your Governor.”

The spot also highlights Sean’s plan to make New Jersey affordable again.

“As a teacher, immigrant, and father of two, I’ll never stop fighting for the hard working people who are all too often left behind in Trenton and Washington D.C,” concluded Spiller. “From the costs of health care to affordable housing, we need to take bold actions to make New Jersey affordable again. Politicians who are bought and paid for by Wall Street, developers, and corporate interests won’t do that. I will.”
