Senate Budget Hearings: Judiciary, Veterans’ Affairs & DEP

 

Trenton – The Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee will hold departmental budget hearings tomorrow on Governor Phil Murphy’s spending proposal for Fiscal Year 2023 with presentations on the Judiciary, the Department of Military & Veterans’ Affairs, and the Department of Environmental Protection, said Senator Paul Sarlo, the committee’s chairman.

 

The in-person sessions will be held Tuesday, April 26th, Committee Room 4, State House Annex, Trenton, and will be available online via the OLS homepage: https://www.njleg.state.nj.us/

 

  • 10:30 a.m. – The New Jersey Judiciary: With Judge Glenn A. Grant, J.A.D. Acting Administrative Director of the New Jersey Courts, and other top officials.

 

  • 1:00 p.m. – The Department of Military and Veterans’ Affairs: With Brigadier General Lisa J. Hou, D.O., Adjutant General/Commissioner NJDMVA, and other top officials.

 

  • 3:00 p.m. – The Department of Environmental Protection: With Shawn M. LaTourette, Commissioner DEP, and other top officials.
