“As a proud daughter of Newark, I am honored to wholeheartedly endorse McIver for Congress,” stated Senate Majority Leader Ruiz. “LaMonica has consistently championed our initiatives aimed at bolstering funding for our public schools, advancing early childhood education, and enhancing Newark’s rich cultural institutions. I am confident that she will steadfastly lead Newark and the entire Congressional District with excellence in Washington.”

“I am proud to endorse LaMonica McIver for New Jersey’s 10th Congressional District,” said Assemblywoman Pintor Marin. “This seat carries profound significance, having been shaped by the legacy of the late Congressman Donald Payne Jr. Council President McIver’s commitment to justice, equality, and progress ensures that she will uphold and advocate the values of this district.”

“When I think of another elected official who embodies my own commitment to the people of our district and our state, LaMonica McIver immediately comes to mind,” said Assemblywoman Speight. “She holds the values of our district dear and knows how to fight for the needs of the people who often lack a voice in the halls of power. Donald Payne, Jr., McIver is endorsed by the New Jersey Democratic State Committee, the Essex County Democratic Committee and the Union County Democratic Committee.
