Sierra Club New Jersey Endorses Representative Tom Malinowski

The Sierra Club New Jersey Chapter announced the endorsement of Representative Tom Malinowski on Thursday, April 21st during an Environmental Town Hall with the Congressman.   Malinowski has been a strong leader for the environment in Congress since he was first elected to represent New Jersey’s 7th District in 2018.

“Tom Malinowski has been an environmental champion and leader in Congress, and we’re proud to endorse him for reelection. He has supported strong regulations, monitoring, and enforcement to hold fossil fuel polluters accountable. With this reelection, he will continue to stand up and fight for protections for clean air, water and climate change,” said Karen Becker, Political Chair of the Sierra Club New Jersey.

“We have endorsed Tom Malinowski because he has the principles to stand up for what is right. He stood up against the PennEast pipeline to protect the people and the environment. Representative Malinowski supports policies that not only preserve and protect the environment but promote racial, economic, social, and environmental justice too,” said Taylor McFarland, Chapter Conservation Manager, Sierra Club, NJ Chapter.
