Stark & Stark Adds Four New Attorneys
The law firm of Stark & Stark announced it has added four new attorneys to its practice. Francisco F. Guzmán Andrade and Steven F. Keller joined the firm’s Lawrenceville office and Julius Cigna and Kyle D. Stelmack are based in the Yardley, PA., office.

Francisco F. Guzmán Andrade is a member of Stark & Stark’s Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights and Commercial Litigation groups, representing banks and other financial institutions, equipment leasing and finance companies, commercial landlords, institutional investment management firms and other businesses in a wide array of matters. He also handles a variety of commercial litigation matters. Mr. Guzmán Andrade, who is fluent in Spanish, is a graduate of Rutgers Law School.
Julius Cigna is a member of Stark & Stark’s Personal Injury and Construction Injury groups, representing injured plaintiffs and concentrating his practice in wrongful death suits and cases related to catastrophic injuries. He previously served as an associate at a South Jersey law firm. Mr. Cigna is a graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Steven F. Keller has joined Stark & Stark’s Business & Corporate, Intellectual Property and Non-Profit Organization groups. He represents businesses and non-profits on a variety of issues including company formation, financing, sales and acquisitions, licensing and intellectual property law. While studying at Roger Williams University School of Law, Mr. Keller received the Presidential Scholarship. He previously served as law clerk for the Honorable Estela M. De La Cruz in the New Jersey Superior Court in Hackensack, NJ.
Kyle D. Stelmack, a member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury and Construction Injury groups, represents plaintiffs in personal injury litigation matters as well as wrongful death suits and cases involving catastrophic injuries. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, he served as an associate at a law firm in Scranton, PA. Mr. Stelmack is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
