Stark & Stark Announces New Attorney Yaritza Urena-Mendez, Esq.
The law firm of Stark & Stark announced that Yaritza Urena-Mendez, Esq., has joined its Lawrenceville office as a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group.
“We are delighted to welcome back Yaritza to our firm, after she had initially joined as a summer associate in 2020,” said Michael G. Donahue, managing shareholder, Stark & Stark. “Yaritza already has shown great promise as an attorney and we know she will be a key addition to our team.”
Ms. Urena-Mendez, who is fluent in Spanish, focuses her practice in the areas of federal and state civil litigation, including class action lawsuits, fraud, real estate, securities, employment, copyright/trademark and other complex civil litigation. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, she served as a law clerk for the Hon. Hany A. Mawla, J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
A graduate of Rutgers Law School, Ms. Urena-Mendez both served as managing editor for the International Law & Human Rights Journal and a teaching fellow for the Minority Student Program as well as a member of the International Human Rights Clinic, the LGBTQ Legal Outreach and Education Clinic, the Association of Latin American Law Students and the LGBTQ Caucus. She is a resident of Ewing, NJ.
