Stark & Stark Names Brian Kasper as New Shareholder

The law firm of Stark & Stark announced that Brian Kasper, who has been with the firm since 2014, has been elected as a shareholder of the firm.

“Stark & Stark is excited to elevate Brian to a Shareholder,” said Managing Shareholder Michael Donahue. “Brian’s industry knowledge, experience, and client-focused approach to his work have contributed to his continued success at the firm on behalf of our clients.”

A member of the firm’s Litigation, Shareholder and Partner Disputes, and Business & Corporate Groups, Mr. Kasper counsels and represents clients in complex litigation matters, shareholder and partner disputes, employment matters, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, consumer fraud and computer fraud. He has advised Fortune 500 companies in multinational contract disputes at both the trial and appellate levels of federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.
