Stark & Stark’s Trina Glass Joins KinderSmile Advisory Board

The KinderSmile Foundation announced it has named Stark & Stark Shareholder Trina Glass, Esq., to its Advisory Board, which serves the KinderSmile Community Oral Health Center based in Trenton. The KinderSmile Foundation’s mission is to provide underserved children with access to comprehensive dental care while offering education on the importance of dental hygiene.

Ms. Glass joins two current Board members at KinderSmile Foundation, with an expansion of the Advisory Board planned in the upcoming months. As the newest member of the Board, Ms. Glass looks forward to helping the foundation and the community.

“We are delighted to see the start-up of our Advisory Board, which will help expand our presence and maximize our funding success in Mercer County,” said Dr. Nicole McGrath-Barnes, founder and CEO of the KinderSmile Foundation. “I am especially pleased that Trina Glass, with her strong knowledge and passion for public health, has joined our Advisory Board.”

Ms. Glass commented, “This program and foundation are important to me for many reasons. KinderSmile’s primary focus is to offer free and affordable dental care in underserved communities and to provide education on dental hygiene, which in turn helps improve self-esteem and prevent future psychological issues.” She added, “I look forward to supporting Dr. McGrath-Barnes’ efforts and contributions in providing access to quality dental care to the KinderSmile community.”

A member of Stark & Stark’s Investment Management and Securities Group, Trina Glass devotes her legal practice to supporting the regulatory and compliance requirements of financial institutions. She specializes in securities filings, regulatory analysis, investigations, risk mitigation, privacy, industry advocacy, compliance policies and other procedural matters related to broker-dealers, investment advisors and investment companies.

Ms. Glass holds a law degree from Rutgers Law School and is a member of the NJ Office of Attorney Ethics District VIII Ethics Committee, Garden State Bar Association and Corporate Counsel Women of Color, as well as serving as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
