“Governor Murphy has made a terrific choice in appointing Tahesha Way as New Jersey’s third Lieutenant Governor.

“Throughout her time as New Jersey’s Secretary of State, Lieutenant Governor Way has exemplified what it means to be a dedicated public servant while overseeing one of the most important functions of government – our elections – with great care and respect for the residents of our state. She has also played a key role in building relationships between our state and international partners, while developing New Jersey’s status as a film and TV production destination, bringing key investments to the Eighth Congressional District.”
