Statement from Senator Codey on Supreme Court Overturning of Bridgegate Convictions of Kelly and Baroni 

LIVINGSTON – Senator Codey today addressed the Supreme Court’s Decision to reverse the guilty verdicts of Bridget Anne Kelly and Bill Baroni in the Bridgegate case. 

“I am happy for Bridget Anne Kelly and Bill Baroni,” Codey stated. “This doesn’t take away from how embarrassing this was for the citizens of New Jersey, and the fact that five people testified that Governor Christie knew about it in advance and didn’t stop it. That is worst of all.”
