on Hasbrouck Heights Mayor’s Anti-LGBTQ Comments

Statement from Senator Loretta Weinberg:

“Thank you to Paul Juliano, Chairman of the Democratic Committee of Bergen County, for speaking out against bigotry in our community. Bigotry and discrimination in all its forms, such as the anti-LGBTQ statement we heard today, must never go unchallenged. I am proud to be a member of a party represented by leaders like Paul Juliano and candidates like Chris Hillmann who stand up for what is right and never waver from defending our values of respect, inclusion and equality. These are the principles that make our nation, our state and our county great places to live for all our residents.”
