SUSSEX COUNTY DEMOCRATIC COMMITTEE ENDORSES VP HARRIS 

The Sussex County Democratic Committee is proud to announce its official endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris! Chairwoman Zoe Heath started our general body meeting this past Tuesday with a full throated endorsement of the Vice President for the nomination as our Party’s Presidential candidate. The Chairwoman praised the Vice President’s integrity, intelligence, determination and long history of legislative success when making her endorsement known to the Committee. Later in the meeting, the SCDC voted unanimously to endorse and support Vice President Harris in her campaign for the Democratic nomination and in the coming election cycle as our future nominee.

The motion to endorse the Vice President was made by Executive Director James Santonastaso and seconded by a dozen general members of the SCDC at the same time. Santonastaso is one of the several members the SCDC will have present at this year’s Democratic National Convention and are excited to be there in support of Vice President Harris as she goes on to make history!
