TEDESCO EARNS ENDORSEMENT OF THE

PORT AUTHORITY POLICE BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION

Hackensack – Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco was endorsed for reelection today by the Port Authority Police Benevolent Association (PBA). Representing the 24th largest police force in the United States, the Port Authority PBA counts over 3,700 active and retired police officers among its membership.

“Your leadership and focus on balance and common sense in county government along with your proven dedication to public service has earned our endorsement,” said Frank Conti, President of the Port Authority Police Benevolent Association, Inc. “We wish you the greatest success in your campaign, as we know you have so much more to contribute to the people of Bergen County and the State of New Jersey.”

“The brave men and women of law enforcement sacrifice so much to protect our communities,” said Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco. “That’s why it’s been a top priority of mine from day one to make sure our police officers, and all first responders, have the training and equipment they need to fight crime and keep our families safe while staying safe on the job themselves. I’m incredibly grateful and honored to have the support of the Port Authority PBA and will never stop fighting to have the backs of the police officers and first responders who keep Bergen County safe for everyone.”
