The Arc of Warren County Names Greg Beben as Chief Operating Officer and Annamaria Lalevee as Chief Development & Communications Officer
Washington, N.J., August 17, 2022 – The administration and Board of Directors of The Arc of Warren County recently named Greg Beben as Chief Operating Officer and Annamaria Lalevee as Chief Development & Communications Officer.
Greg Beben has been an employee of The Arc of Warren County for 30 years. The most recent position that he has held was Chief Administrative Officer. In the role of Chief Operating Officer, he will oversee Day Programs, Community-Based Supports, IT, Human Resources and the Service Coordination Unit of the Early Intervention Department. He has held other positions at The Arc of Warren County including Director of Case Management and IT Director. Before coming to The Arc, Greg taught high school and junior high school math and science. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Marywood University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of Dallas.
Annamaria Lalevee has been a member of The Arc of Warren County community for over three years as Director of Public Relations and Fundraising. During her tenure at The Arc of Warren County, Annamaria has grown the donor base, added and modified Agency fundraising and awareness events and continues to explore new opportunities for collaboration and funding prospects. She has a wealth of advancement, communications, public relations and special events experience in the non-profit sector and on the public relations agency side. In her new role, Annamaria will continue to establish and maintain relationships with key community and strategic partners. Previous to her tenure at The Arc of Warren County, she served in the capacity of a workforce development communicator as a Talent Network Co-Director at Raritan Valley Community College. She also served as the longtime Director of Public Relations and Development Communications at Centenary University. She is the Vice President of the Hackettstown Rotary Club and was awarded the coveted Paul Harris Fellowship. Annamaria also serves on the Board of the Phillipsburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Annamaria holds a Master of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Corporate and Organizational Communication and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English: Communications and a Minor in Psychology from the same institution.

The Arc is a national organization that serves individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their family members since 1950. The Arc of Warren is one of 700 chapters of The Arc and serves more than 1,100 people annually for the past 68 years. Programs include residential group homes and supervised apartments, day services, community-based supports, advocacy services, recreation and summer camp, Special Olympics training, early intervention and a wide variety of additional social services.
