T&M ASSOCIATES APPOINTS JOHN A. CIMINO TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

New appointment aligns with 2025 vision.

 

MIDDLETOWN, NJ – T&M Associates, a leading national engineering and technical services consulting company, has appointed John A. Cimino to its Board of Directors. The appointment coincides with the rollout of the company’s updated 5-year strategic plan. Vision 2025 continues to focus on driving Sustainable, Profitable Growth for the firm over the next five years.

“I am pleased to welcome John to the board,“ said T&M President and CEO, Gary Dahms. “With growth being a key component to our strategic plan, his expertise and contributions will provide critical value to  the board.”

Cimino was recently promoted to Chief Strategy Officer – a first for the consulting firm. As CSO, his focus is on delivering the company growth objectives for the core practices and identifying potential emerging practices to drive future growth and expansion. He works closely with the CEO to set long-term strategy aligned with the strategic vision of the company. He will continue to expand the firm’s core practices to the public and private sectors across our national footprint.

With these changes, T&M’s board consists of 7 members including: Gary Dahms (Chairman), Patrick Jeffery, Lynn Spence, Violet Koehler, Michael Regan, Keith Lieberman and John A. Cimino.
