New leaders in New Jersey Operations and Municipal Practice

MIDDLETOWN, NJ– T&M Associates, a leading national consulting, environmental, engineering and construction management company, is pleased to announce the promotions of Robert Keady, Jr. to Municipal Practice Leader, Michael Regan to New Jersey Regional Operations Manager and Jason Worth to Operations Manager of the Toms River, NJ office. These leadership changes occur as the company is refreshing their 5-year strategic plan.

Company Municipal Practice Leader

Upon the recent retirement of T&M’s Municipal Practice Leader, Keady is being promoted to this company-wide role and will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic growth of the Municipal Practice across the company’s geographic footprint. With years of management, leadership and client-focused experience in the public sector, he has managed and supervised major engineering services across a diverse base of projects and programs. Since starting at T&M in 2001, he has continued to grow and make a positive impact in the Municipal Practice and in numerous municipalities and counties throughout New Jersey.

MICHAEL REGAN, CCM

New Jersey Regional Operations Manager

Regan will be filling the position of New Jersey Regional Operations Manager vacated by the succession of the current COO. He will provide overall leadership and direction to local Operation Managers across the state of New Jersey and be responsible for the operational management and delivery of high-quality projects on time and on budget. He will also develop and execute the region’s business plan. Regan also sits on the Board of Directors and is the Program Management/Construction Management Practice Leader at T&M. He has more than two decades of experience in the industry and has gained a wealth of experience across client and project types, from municipal to federal levels across the country.

JASON WORTH, PE, PP, CME

Operations Manager for the Toms River, NJ Office

Being promoted from Group Manager to Operations Manager of the Toms River, NJ office, Worth will be responsible for the planning and oversight of the daily business operations in the Toms River office. He will lead a diverse team of professionals and ensure the proper execution of projects, exceptional client service and strong business results to support the operation’s growth. From the outset of his time in the engineering community, Worth has demonstrated technical competence, project leadership, and business acumen that has been recognized by multiple project and professional awards.
