TRENK ISABEL P.C. ANNOUNCES OPENING OF NEW FIRM BASED IN LIVINGSTON
Livingston, NJ – Richard D. Trenk and David L. Isabel announced the opening of Trenk Isabel P.C. starting May 1, 2021. The new firm will start with a focus on bankruptcy, restructuring, environmental, litigation and government affairs matters. Trenk most recently chaired the bankruptcy and restructuring
department at McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC, while Isabel chaired the environmental
department.
The inspiration to open Trenk Isabel P.C. during the ongoing pandemic arose out of the increasing overlap between their practices and joint efforts to reimagine together how best to deliver valued legal services to clients facing extraordinary challenges to the preservation and growth of their businesses and livelihoods. The new firm is designed by Trenk and Isabel to help its clients meet these challenges.
Trenk explained that “Dave and I are excited by this chapter of our professional careers, which have collectively spanned over 60 years.” He elaborated that “David is a well-recognized environmental
attorney with a wide ranging transactional, regulatory and litigation practice, who has handled complex
matters all over the United States.” Isabel added that “Rich and I have known each other for over 20
years. His expertise, energy and drive to get results for everyone he works with is second to none.”
In addition to Trenk and Isabel, Mark Moon will join the firm as a partner focused on public contract procurement and litigation, Alexander Lehrer will join as a partner in the environmental and litigation practice, and Robert Roglieri as a partner in the litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring practice areas, while Shefali Kotta will become associated with the new firm with an initial focus on in the litigation and government practice areas.
