VA Medical Center hosts virtual town hall for veterans

(Gloucester Township, NJ) – The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center (CMCVAMC) is hosting a Virtual Veteran Town Hall on June 2 from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.  Participants can join the event via Facebook Live at CMCVAMC Facebook or via phone at 844-376-0278 access code: 688185328#.

This town hall is an opportunity for veterans to receive the latest information on COVID-19 and how we move forward in fighting this battle together. The VA Medical Center will have representatives from Veterans Benefits Administration, National Cemetery Administration and Veterans Health Administration available to answer questions.

“It is incredibly important to stay up-to-date with any programs or services intended to help veterans and their families navigate this unprecedented crisis,” said Freeholder Melinda Kane, liaison to the Office of Veterans Affairs. “If you have questions about your benefits, veterans’ programs, or other issues related to the coronavirus, please join this virtual town hall event on Tuesday, June 2.”
