Warren County to Close Government Offices Due to Storm

 

With the anticipated severity of winter storm Orlena, by Administrative action, Warren County government offices are closed Monday, February 1, 2021 effective at 7 a.m.

 

Additionally, the Warren County senior centers are closed for pickup and home-delivered meals programs on Monday, February 1 and Tuesday, February 2.  Consumers who are currently receiving senior meals are encouraged to use their backup blizzard boxes and frozen meals that were delivered previously.

All Warren County transportation services will be closed on Monday, February 1, and a delayed started at 12 noon on February 2 is anticipated.

Regarding COVID-19, Board of County Commissioners Director James R. Kern III noted, “We remain in contact with our state partners and will announce any changes to the vaccine distribution should the supply chain be impacted by this weather event.”
