LD16 Democratic Slate announces petition filing with broad coalition of support across LD16
Hillsborough, NJ – Senator Andrew Zwicker, Assemblyman Roy Freiman and Assembly candidate Mitchelle Drulis announced that they filed for the June 6th Primary election today with over 1,300 signatures total.
The 16th District Democratic slate has worked to establish a robust presence through direct door-to-door and community outreach events since January. The team and its volunteers have already knocked almost 1,000 doors across the district.
“We understand the importance of being present in our community – from High Bridge to Hillsborough and Clinton to South Brunswick, we have been out talking to voters about the issues that truly matter to them and the future of their families,” said Zwicker, Freiman, and Drulis. “With such a broad coalition of support this early in the campaign, it is clear that 16th District voters are behind us in this race and we look forward to continuing to serve them when elected this November.”
Zwicker, Freiman, and Drulis are running to represent the 16th Legislative District which includes Princeton (Mercer County), South Brunswick (Middlesex County), Rocky Hill, Montgomery, Millstone, Hillsborough, Branchburg (Somerset County), Raritan Township, Readington Township, Flemington, High Bridge, Lebanon Borough, Clinton Town, and Clinton Township (Hunterdon County).
