Crystal Feliciano Announces Re-Election Campaign for Trenton City Councilwoman At-Large

Trenton, NJ (Mercer County).  On Wednesday, December 10th, 2025, in a packed venue surrounded by family, friends, elected officials and supporters, Trenton City Councilwoman At-Large, Crystal Feliciano formally announced her candidacy for re-election at The Lobby Club in Downtown Trenton, citing a record of leadership, accountability, and community-focused governance rooted in her R.A.C.E. platform: Revitalization, Accountability, Collaboration, and Equity for All.

Elected three years ago, Feliciano has served as both Council Vice President and Council President, emphasizing transparency, informed decision-making, and public access to government.

A former auditor and investigator, Feliciano has been a consistent advocate for fiscal accountability, pressing for the addition of key administrative positions such as a Finance Director, Personnel Director, Grants Management professional, Fleet manager, and an internal audit team, to name a few.

Feliciano has supported major revitalization efforts in the city, including the Kingsbury Project, the Choice Neighborhoods initiative, the establishment of the city as a rehabilitation zone, park revitalization, infrastructure improvements, and expanded public safety investments throughout the city.

Feliciano has worked to establish equity through legislation she authored and that of her council colleagues, several include but are not limited to: supporting the protection of immigrants (Feliciano), regulations against illegal dumping (Feliciano/Williams), the creation of a senior citizen advisory board (Feliciano), the amendment of the city’s multicultural/heritage advisory board to be more inclusive (Feliciano), human trafficking awareness and resource advisory in all licensed city businesses (Feliciano), and local water oversight (Feliciano/Edwards).

She also noted that she has very good working relationships with county, state, and community partners to advance workforce development and economic growth in the Capital City.

“Ever since I took office, I have worked hard for the residents in this city,” Feliciano said. “I have been a present force for everyone ranging from showing up at the neighborhood cookouts, to the award dinners, to showing up when ICE was illegally trying to take people from their homes, to walking through alleyways where illegal dumping was occurring, to riding down streets noting potholes that need to be fixed, to serving those that needed a hot meal or providing workshops to address the needs of those who desired help and support.”

Feliciano concluded by saying, “I have been the city’s Councilwoman At -Large not only in title, but in action and in purpose.  I don’t come around simply because it’s convenient or because it’s election time; the people need help all the time, and I have been there within my capacity to assist when and where I can for everyone.  In November 2026, let’s vote to move the Capital City forward as the R.A.C.E. continues to revitalize and rebuild a better Trenton TOGETHER!  Re-Elect Crystal Feliciano, Trenton City Councilwoman At -Large.”
