[Jersey City , NJ] — Assemblyman-elect Jerry Walker (D-LD31), alongside Team Walker, partnered with Dick’s Sporting Goods to host a holiday shopping spree for youth in New Jersey’s 31st Legislative District, in collaboration with the Seton Hall Men’s Basketball team and Dead Serious Basketball.

With the holiday season approaching, youth from across the district enjoyed a special shopping experience and the opportunity to spend quality time with members of the Seton Hall Pirates. The event created smiles, inspiration, and lasting memories while reinforcing the importance of community, mentorship, and positive role models.

“Giving back to the community, especially to our young people, is a core value of Team Walker,” said Assemblyman-elect Jerry Walker. “This event shows what can be accomplished when community partners come together to invest in our youth and make the holidays brighter for families in the 31st District.”
