UTCA COMMENDS GOVERNOR SHERRILL & COMMISSIONER JAIN FOR PROGRESS ON ROUTE 50 BRIDGE IN UPPER TWP 

WALL – Utility and Transportation Contractors Association (UTCA) Chief Executive Officer David Rible issued the following statement regarding today’s announcement by Governor Sherrill and NJDOT Commissioner Jain on the awarding of a contract for the Route 50 over Cedar Swamp Creek Bridge replacement project:

“Today’s announcement is a great step forward both for New Jersey transportation infrastructure and for innovation. Using DOT’s Design-Build strategy, the state will create the kind of safe, modern infrastructure that New Jerseyans deserve. We appreciate the work of Governor Sherrill and Commissioner Jain on this issue. As always, UTCA members stand ready, willing and able to get to work on this important project.”
