New Jersey Education Commissioner Lamont Repollet has denied former Roselle School Board Archange Antoine’s petition for emergent relief.

The commissioner’s letter rendering the decision – printed below – is dated Oct. 12th.

Jettisoned from the Roselle School Board because of missed meetings, Antoine – a community activist – sought Repollet’s intervention but failed to find a willing ally in his reinstallation to the board.
