In a memorandum yesterday, prosecutors sought a sentence range of 37 to 46 months for former Governor Chris Christie aide Bridget Kelly and former Port Authority deputy Bill Baroni.

The pair deserve the full brunt of the law, prosecutors said, arguing that Kelly and Baroni committed perjury when they testified last year.

The pair are due to be sentenced on Wednesday.
