Stack and Genova Buttonhole Prieto

KEARNY – A judge earlier today dismissed the bulk of complaints Stack attorney Angelo Genova filed in a suit against sitting HCDO Chairman Vincent Prieto.

All but one concerning provisional ballots.

Once inside Kearny High School, Genova and his client, state Senator Brian P. Stack, promptly found Prieto.

Genova got forehead to forehead with the chairman and former speaker, who backs Stack rival Amy DeGise.

“If the challenged [provisional] voters affect the outcome of the election then we’re going to be in court over whether they should have been deprived to vote on the machines,” Genova told InsiderNJ.
