Mike Delamater, well-schooled in the affairs of local and state government, will head up Governor Murphy’s Office of Intergovernmental Affairs.  A CUA alum and Rutgers grad who served several legislative tours of duty, Delamater was a key young gun on the gubernatorial campaign and will serve as the IGA Director.  

The office is tasked as the front office’s primary liaison to local and county officials. 

On the IGA team under Delamater are: Petra Gaskins, from the world of Bonnie Watson Coleman having served as the Congresswoman’s Outreach Coordinator; Robert Field, a former aide to Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop (first reported by Insider NJ here); Hilary Beckett, who served as Chief of Staff to now-Senator Troy Singleton; and Samantha Anyoke, former director of external affairs for brokerage firm Acrisure (first reported by Insider NJ here).
