Trenton warhorse Tom Little will head up the office of 11th District Assemblymembers Eric Houghtaling and Joann Downey as their new chief of staff as the two head into this year’s election. Little started off in the office of District 2 Democrats and joined the 11th District Democratic team in 2016. He has spent the past year as Legislative and Policy Director to all 3 District 11 legislators, including Senator Vin Gopal.

Little holds a Masters in Public Administration from Rutgers University and resides in the City of Long Branch where he serves as a member of the Zoning Board under new administration of Mayor John Pallone.

Outgoing Chief of Staff and Colts Neck native Erin Dickinson is heading to Columbia University to further her education. Little becomes the 4th Chief of Staff for Houghtaling and Downey since they were sworn in January of 2016.
