In battleground CD2, incumbent U.S. Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-2) is doing his best to soften his loyalty to pledge to President Donald J. Trump in an apparent effort to appeal late to unaffiliated voters. But with five days to go, Democrats lead Republicans in battleground CD2.

That appears to be good news for Democratic challenger Amy Kennedy.

Again, where the district’s unaffiliated voters break is another story, as is the impact of a late surge by the GOP.

But Kennedy’s allies like what they see.

  1. Jeff Van Drew……..soften the blow.
    …………….I THINK NOT!!!
He is bound to Trump with chains of steel…….
ALWAYS to be known as Trump’s Junior Sidekick.

Amy is authentic——true to herself, her beliefs, and CD2.
