According to a Jayed Rahman report this morning in the Paterson Times, a  city resident asked some of the candidates running for mayor to name the current vice president of the United States. She was “appalled” by some of the responses, she said on Sunday at a debate forum sponsored by the Eastside Neighborhood Association, Rahman wrote.

“Elizabeth Valverde posed the question to mayoral candidates William McKoy, Andre Sayegh, Alex Cruz, and Michael Jackson. She said Jackson could not name former Indiana governor Mike Pence.”
