Wayne Businessman Caruso forms exploratory committee for CD-11 nomination
Wayne Businessman Joe Caruso is forming an Exploratory Committee for a possible run for the Congressional seat in the 11th District.
A final decision will follow in the next two weeks, said Organization For Economic Growth Executive Director Alex Cucciniello.
Caruso previously served as the BCRO Finance Chair and ran for an District 40 Assembly seat on a Peter Murphy-backed ticket in 2009. He recently founded the Organization For Economic Growth, a pro-business PAC based in North Jersey.
Caruso also has strong ties to Morris County from his business and political fundraising efforts.
