Whelan and Mazzeo Back up Firefighters in Suit Against the State
Assemblyman Vince Mazzeo and Senator Jim Whelan, sponsors of the Atlantic City intervention legislation, this week filed briefs in Superior Court in support of International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) Atlantic City Local 198’s lawsuit against the state on changes to the ACFD work schedule.
