Zuk to Chair Pallone Transition Team in Long Branch

Political operative and Long Branch resident Christina Zuk will chair Long Branch Mayor-Elect John Pallone’s Transition Team. Zuk, a long-time Senate Legislative Staffer and former Political Director for the JNESO Nurses Union, currently serves as a lobbyist for Princeton Public Affairs Group in Trenton.

Also serving as a Committee Co-Chair is Reverend Lesly Devereaux of Piscataway. Other Transition Team Subcommittee Chairs and Members include International Union of Operating Engineers Local 825 Business Manager Greg Lalevee, New Jersey Laborers Union Government Affairs Director Ciro Scalera,  Monmouth County Democratic Chairman David G. Brown, Monmouth County Freeholder Director Tom Arnone, Former Republican Mayor of Long Branch Phil Huhn, Former Asbury Park Mayor Ed Johnson and others.

The transition team will be staffed by Mitch Seim, who served as Campaign Manager for Pallone’s successful election. Pallone, the younger brother of U.S. Congressman Frank Pallone, ousted 28-year incumbent Adam Schneider in last month’s Long Branch municipal election – 62% to 33%. His entire council ticket also won and they all take office on July 1st.
