Gloucester County GOP Chair Jacci Vigilante said:

“Gloucester and Camden County combined have more than 118,000 registered Republicans, making the region important in a statewide GOP primary. After consulting with and polling our executive committee I am proud to announce, in accordance with our by-laws, Gloucester County GOP is joining Camden County Republican Committee in awarding our county line to Jack Ciattarelli for Governor.

“GCGOP and CCGOP have a close working relationship.” Vigilante added, “We share a headquarters, two legislative districts, all but two towns in CD1 are in both counties and our candidates support each other. Now that the gubernatorial primary field is set it is time for all of us to pull in the same direction to defeat Phil Murphy. We agree with our partners in Camden, Jack Ciattarelli is the best candidate in the race and he will make Phil Murphy one and done in ’21.

“Now, with the progressive wing of the Democrats feeling more empowered than ever, it is vitally important for the region’s 118,000 Republicans to unite and work to elect Republicans up and down the ticket while helping Jack Ciattarelli stop Phil Murphy from fulfilling his promise of making New Jersey the California of the east coast.”
