The Essex County Correctional Facility leadership has been notified that a superior officer at the ECCF has tested positive for COVID-19.

That staff member has not been at the facility since March 16^th. The Essex County Corrections staff continue to take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the staff, inmates and detainees.
