Hurley: Swift has Raised More than $75K
LD2 Republican Claire Swift is poised to post the strongest 29-day pre-primary filing for a non-incumbent in New Jersey LD2 history, according to Harry Hurley.
In only two months, Swift has raised more than $75,000 from over 180 individual donors.
From the internal memo from LD2:
Claire Swift’s early fundraising numbers have outpaced every non-incumbent who has ever sought this seat. In the first public showing of candidate viability, she will post the strongest 29-day pre-primary filing for a non-incumbent in LD2 history.
In just two months, she has raised more than $75,000 from over 180 individual donors.
Swift has already raised more funds than the 2019 Republican runner-up (who lost by 958 votes) raised individually in one year.
Swift’s grassroots support is evident with donors contributing everything from $5 to a maximum investment in the campaign at $2,600. Republicans are heavily motivated to elect a strong, independent voice to fight for the hardworking families of Atlantic County and they have nominated Claire Swift to be that champion.
