TRENTON – Today, Governor Sherrill signed the following bills into law:
S-4217/A-5194 (Mukherji, O'Scanlon/Rowan, Donlon, Sampson) - Authorizes NJ Infrastructure Bank to expend certain sums to make loans for Community Hazard Assistance Mitigation Program projects for FY2027.
S-4220/A-5192 (Mukherji, Amato, Scutari/Sweeney, Freiman, G. Rodriguez) - Authorizes NJ Infrastructure Bank to expend certain sums to make loans for environmental infrastructure projects for FY2027.
S-4221/A-5193 (Wimberly, Henry, Scutari/Walker, Kearney, Angelozzi) - Appropriates funds to DEP for environmental infrastructure projects for FY2027.
ACS for A-2401/SCS for S-312 (Moen/Cruz-Perez, Zwicker) - Establishes measures to improve safety of scrap metal businesses.
ACS for A-4852/SCS for S-4194 and 4210 (Katz, Sweeney, Kearney, Tully/Vitale, Gopal, Mukherji) - Revises certain requirements for prescription of Schedule II controlled dangerous substances via telemedicine and telehealth without in-person examination or review.
A-4961/S-4308 (Calabrese/Diegnan, Mukherji) - Authorizes NJ Infrastructure Bank to expend certain sums to make loans for transportation infrastructure projects for FY2027; makes appropriation.
