Report: Malinowski Pleads Down a ‘Driving With A Suspended License’ Charge

Rep. Malinowski pleaded down a ‘driving with a suspended license’ charge to ‘failure to produce documents’ according to his attorney, says a Politico NJ report.

He agreed to a $150 fine.

Earlier in the day, the Congressional Leadership Fund highlighted the incident – and court date – in a statement, citing a tweet from GOP consultant Harrison Neely.

In the clip, a police officer tells Malinowski ‘you were doing 64 miles an hour, its a 45 mile an hour zone’, to which Malinowski says he was ‘going along with the traffic, I guess’.  The officer responded ‘there was no one in front of you or behind you’.
