UNION - InsiderNJ ran into state Senator Joe Cryan (D-20) of Union Twp. this afternoon at Kean University (another story coming up later).

Cryan earlier this week co-announced a partnership with his Republican colleague, state Senator Jon Bramnick (R-21) aimed at constructive dialogue in difficult social and political times.
