Council President Frank Moran appears best positioned to run for mayor of Camden with the organization behind him, according to a source close to the dock front city.

Moran wants to succeed Dana Redd, who won’t run for a third term this year.

Former Assemblyman Angel Fuentes is likely to end up in the position of council president, a source with knowledge of the deal-making told InsiderNJ.
