Morristown Mayor Dougherty Wins Dem Primary

Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty won the Democratic Primary tonight in the Hoboken of Morris County.

Dougherty won 78-22%.

He received 1,323 votes to Michelle Harris' 375.
