PHILLIPSBURG - Running for reelection on a local ticket with his running mate, Councilman Keith Kennedy, Councilman Lee Clark took time this morning to speak with InsiderNJ about the issues, both in his contest, and at the state level, on the same day Mikie Sherrill appeared in Phillipsburg.
