PRINCETON, N.J., August 7, 2017 Aetna (NYSE: AET) announced today its subsidiary, Aetna Better Health® of New Jersey, a state-contracted Medicaid managed care health plan, has signed Capital Health to its provider network. The contract includes the addition of 121 providers to the Aetna Better Health of New Jersey network, providing access to quality care for the plan’s NJ FamilyCare and Managed Long Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) members in Mercer County and the surrounding area.

 

By adding Capital Health Regional Medical Center and Capital Health Medical Center-Hopewell to its New Jersey network, Aetna Better Health has expanded its health care delivery system providing enhanced provider choice in Mercer County. The health plan will continue to broaden its service area statewide in the upcoming months, allowing Aetna Better Health of New Jersey to provide access to quality health care services to even more members of the NJ FamilyCare’s population.
