  1. LAUREL, NJ — The Alice Paul Institute is pleased to announce the 12th annual Paulsdale Uncorked fundraiser that will take place on Saturday, September 21, 2019. The highly anticipated night of fine dining and wine will be held at Paulsdale, Mount Laurel’s prized National Historic Landmark.

This memorable evening will feature a decadent menu of cuisine purposefully paired with an array of wines that will delight guests. The team of expert chefs coordinating the night’s dishes will be generously donating their expertise to create a truly unique experience. Each chef has been certified by the United States Personal Chef Association, and personally invited by Tanya Barbarics of I Love This Food! who is a founder of the dynamic fundraising event.

Certified Wine Specialist and Wine Educator Dawn Cisler will return this year to help craft the night’s wine pairings and help guests learn about the fine wines and vineyards selected for the event.

Paulsdale Uncorked exceeded its fundraising goal in 2018 by raising over $15,000, with a guest list of nearly 300 people. As the Alice Paul Institute’s second largest fundraiser of the year, Paulsdale Uncorked is a personal favorite of many supporters. The Alice Paul Institute is aiming for this year’s event to surpass the success enjoyed by previous years.

Proceeds from Paulsdale Uncorked support Alice Paul Institute’s signature leadership training programs for teen girls and serves as a significant source of funding for the continued preservation and maintenance of the Paulsdale property, home to suffragist Alice Paul. Paulsdale has stood sentinel on Hooten Road for more than 200 years. The restored farmhouse and surrounding 6.5 acres is an excellent example of an adaptive use historic site. Paulsdale is now home to the Alice Paul Institute, a non-profit organization that hosts events and programs to inspire the next generation of female leaders.
