Kevin joined the Firm in 1996 and, over nearly three decades of service, has earned a reputation as a dedicated, highly skilled, and deeply respected attorney both within the Firm and throughout the legal community.

As a member of the Firm’s Environmental Law, Public Utilities, and Green Practice Groups, Kevin focuses his practice on environmental regulatory compliance and complex transactional matters, including site remediation, redevelopment, environmental land use, and real estate matters. His work includes counseling public and private clients on environmental due diligence, risk allocation and liability issues, environmental approvals strategy, industrial establishment transfers, riparian conveyances, and the drafting and negotiation of environmental agreements and related documents.
