Art All Night 2019 a Success for Trenton

TRENTON, N.J. – Mayor Reed Gusciora and Artworks Trenton celebrated the success of Art All Night 2019 on Thursday, which took place on June 15-16. More than 10,000 guests attended, and more than 900 pieces of art were displayed throughout the event.

New security measures were put in place, including barricades, bag searches, and a 1 am Sunday curfew, with the event resuming at 7 am.

“Our priority this year was safety, and the event was a success,” said Gusciora. “Artworks Trenton and the Police Department were great partners in ensuring the safety of our residents and guests. We were also able to put on a fun and memorable event. We look forward to returning to a traditional 24-hour, nonstop Art All Night next year.”

“We felt the event was everything we hoped it would be,” said Lauren Otis, Executive Director of Artworks Trenton. “It was the real Art All Night experience.”
