Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Locals 4 & 5 back Ciattarelli's vision to protect union jobs and restore integrity to the construction industry.

TRENTON, NJ – The Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Administrative District Council of New Jersey, representing Locals 4 & 5, today announced their endorsement of Jack Ciattarelli for Governor, praising his commitment to dismantling the underground construction economy that has undermined legitimate contractors and skilled union workers across the state.

"While others talk about cracking down on the underground construction economy and supporting working families, Jack is offering a plan to protect our jobs, restore integrity to the construction industry, and invest in our infrastructure that keeps New Jersey strong," said John F. Capo, Director, and Leon Jones Jr., Secretary Treasurer of the union.

The endorsement highlights Ciattarelli's comprehensive approach to energy infrastructure development, school construction investment, and law enforcement measures targeting contractors who exploit workers and cheat taxpayers.

"Working families built this state, and they deserve leaders who will fight for them, not just talk about it," said Ciattarelli. "For too long, bad actors and illegal immigrants have gamed the system while honest contractors and skilled workers get pushed aside. While my opponent wants to maintain that status quo, that ends when I'm Governor. We're going to enforce our laws, invest in our infrastructure, and make sure that when New Jersey builds, we build it right with union labor that gets paid what they're worth."

The union represents thousands of skilled construction workers across New Jersey's bricklaying and allied crafts industries. The full endorsement can be found here {linked}.
