Building on Strong Grassroots Support During Primary Election, Mikie Sherrill Earns Action Together NJ Endorsement

Fairfield, NJ – U.S. Navy veteran and former federal prosecutor Mikie Sherrill continues to build on the strong grassroots support for her campaign heading into the June 5th Primary Election. Today Action Together NJ endorsed Mikie Sherrill for New Jersey’s 11th Congressional District.

“As the 2018 midterms approach we want to see New Jersey represented in Congress by leaders who share our values and our vision for this state,” says Uyen Khuong, Executive Director of Action Together NJ. “We believe that Mikie Sherrill is that leader for the 11th Congressional District who will advocate for access to affordable healthcare, quality education, and our environment. She has built a campaign around working with grassroots groups and advocating for policies that will help our community. We are proud to endorse her for Congress.”
